How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.
Worst experience ever. First time and last time with Ryanair. I'm not a cow.
When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!

Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.
More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.
