Crew were all excellent. Wheel chair access for my parents was very good, although it took some time. Plane was ok but entertainment system did not work. NO WIFI on plane so could not get other things done while flying or listen to my Apple Music on my iPhone.

I like that they served a mail, I’m not sure about the in-flight entertainment. I didn’t really check. staff helped me with my luggage. Smooth boarding smooth takeoff smooth flight
Just a minor inconvinient with weather delay! but not Copa's fault
It's the first time I couldn't check in online because they told me I had to call because there was a problem. Despite having called twice, I had to check in at the airport
Copa definitely offers better service and price than other airlines.
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.
Food was not good, no options for vegetarian or gluten free
This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.
The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Everything ran on time.
The free internet access did not work, so we had to purchase 2 Internet packages. Flight attendants were not proactive in checking in with first class patrons
horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist
It is okay. Flight was on time to start and early to land
Smoothe flight. Pilot and crew did a great job. Uncomfortable seat in this jet, felt worn out
Check in agent was helpful and nice. Flight was OK. Our flight in Chicago was delayed 8 hours without an explination. This was our journey home. After a horrible flight experience on on the way to our vacation where our plane was diverted for an emergency medical issue, was grounded for hours, we missed our connecting flight by 25 minutes, and it took a day yo get re-booked, this was yet another bad experience that American seemed unwilling to help out with, much less compensate us for the
Flight was delayed , waited in the tarmac for 3 hours and then came back and was cancelled
On time, smooth, luggage was out fast at the end of the flight. About perfect.
There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
It was the coldest flight I have ever been on
I like the speed of boarding and deplaning and the fact that everything was on time. The crew (attendants) were probably quite new and did not begin the in cabin service until 30 min before landing even though there was little to no air turbulence for the last 1.5 hours of the flight. It made for a mad scramble at the end to get trash collected and carts stowed before touch down.
