The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.
Flight delayed over three hours. Arrived into SFO during rush hour and what would have been a one hour drive home took more than 2 hours. Very poor UNITED AIRLINES!!
Quality of service and maintenance has declined since my last trip before COVID.
Luggage management is poor, my missing luggage is still lingering.
United service is way below par when compared with other airlines like JAL, ANA, or EVA on the same route especially for business class.
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
United cancelled the flight after a 2 hour delay. The only choice was a 24 hour delay which was then 3 hours delayed.
Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.
The travel from Munich to San Diego :Food and drink service was good,way to cramped on the plane for that long of travel.not even convenient for getting up to use bathrooms or stretch.we were mislead to believe our “air bus” was much bigger.
