Food made us sick for the rest of the day. Terrible passenger in front of me kept reclining and banging his seat, it hurt my knee multiple times. I kindly asked the attendant to intervene, she would not. Way too many sick people coughing on the flight without wearing a mask. Sick passengers should not be allowed to fly unless they wear a mask. I hope we don't get sick for our 2 week vacation
Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.
Excellent service smooth flight f or the most part food was right now.I'm expectedly good.
Staff were uniformly excellent. Padding for premium economy seats was a bit thin. Drinks service was very very good. Food was meh.
The flight was delayed, and delayed some more. But there was more room on this plane than the one that flew oversees! There was no food or entertainment, but that’s ok, it’s a short flight

Overall flight experience was good. Unfortunately our process getting to our flight was a hit or miss. Our flight was delayed perhaps for the best as getting from terminal to terminal is very long and security had problems with the machines that delayed us getting to our flight. Heathrow security could care-less that you have a flight you are about to miss!
