In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.

I am so shocked at the service in first class. We were not greeted or offered a beverage for 45 minutes into the flight. She did however have time to write a long note. I just wanted a snack and something to drink. We were never offered coffee and the snacks came after dinner? It was the oddest flight I have ever been on. The gentleman next to me got up and gave our dinner box’s to the flight attendant and asked for a second glass of wine for each of us. Our dinner boxes sat on our tray for 20 minutes. She was rather distracted. He then asked another flight attendant for wine… finally we had a second glass. I was trying to give her some grace, she also told the man next me we couldn’t have any more wine because we drank it all… after landing the seasoned traveler next me ask for her employee number. Then it was a mutiny! She was refusing and it got tense. The captain came and asked what was happening, the flight attendants totally gave a biased account of the fact. The captain told the police the man I was seated next to was intoxicated! That was completely inaccurate and it really escalated things. I policeman found me at the luggage carousel to verify the facts. The flight attendants made false accusations that he touched them! That never happened. It was a very poorly trained crew. I am so anngry and shock by the entire experience! It was terrible service! I would like a refund for what I paid to be in first class and the most uncomfortable flight ever. I always fly Delta, it has been wonderful. I was so flustered by the entire experience! Please give me an update on this matter! Thank you, Kelle Myers

My seat was moved closer to the front of the cabin since I had requested wheelchair assistance to the gate.

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

On time, smooth, luggage was out fast at the end of the flight. About perfect.

Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.

Flight departed on time and arrived a bit early. Can’t go wrong with that! And makes a travel experience go so well

WiFi wasn’t working on the flight, several delays and gate changes, ended up taking off 3 hrs later

Terrible. We had about a 3 hours delay which led to us missing our connecting.

It was the worst experience ever. Cabin temperature cold, for which they did not have any blankets upon my asking. We paid $125 extra for each passenger to get extra space sits; the sits were ridiculously small, tight, and uncomfortable! The flight attendant dropped ice on me and my sister! All in all, American Airlines deserves below zero!

My flights had excessive delays, alleged mechanical problems, and overall terrible customer service

The inability to be flexible when you need to change a Basic Economy flight, when your company demands you book through a third party, causes raw feelings about the whole experience. A major airline should realize business and personal plans change all the time. I must save my company money on travel. Even if you have to charge me for the change, I get it. But being so rigid with a policy is not the best customer service.

Terrible boarding experience at sea tac. Displayed on time departure despite being about an hour behind in boarding time. Boarded a bus to go to the tarmac to then board onto the plane.

Hidden fees everywhere while we aware of the fees but it quickly added up to a premium airline. From 12+ dollars to pick your set to $55 dollars a checked bag. No counter at the Portland Airport until 2 hrs before the flight made it so we couldn't get anything to eat before the flight. Pre checking your bags wasn't working on-line or at the kiosk, so we had to pay extra 5 dollars per bag for counter checking. So after everything was said and done, we ended up paying an extra $200. Plane was nice and clean plane staff was nice and attentive.

22 hour delayed flight. I will not fly again. I missed training due to this.

Well my connecting flight was initially delayed 2 hours. Then it became a 21 hour delay. When I woke up the next morning the flight was then delayed another hour. I ended up missing a day and a half of training due to this. When asked if there was any way I could be transferred to a different flight I was told no because it was under a 24 hour delay. I will not fly with this airline again.

I was flying from San Francisco to New York and had a layover in Minneapolis where they refused to let me have my bag and charged me $65, a very bad experience for me

This flight was canceled after waiting for hours at the airport. We knew if was delayed, but were not informed of the cancelation in a timely manner. There were no Sun Country representatives at the gate to tell us. Finally, representatives from Southwest Airlines called out over the intercom asking for Sun Country to come up to the gate. After the cancelation, no one seemed to know exactly what was going on and we had to go to the check-in area downstairs and wait in line for any information. We were not assisted with another flight. We ended up paying a lot more to fly home the next day with another airline.

I’m not a fan of Spirit Airlines from a not-so-good experience the last time & I swore I would not fly this airline again- bc they charge for EVERYTHING. I only flew Spirit this time bc it wasn’t my choice. I decided to use a “Mystery Ticket” bc of the great price, not knowing it would choose this airline! I found out on this trip how they pick a random seat with a “sticker” for a prize-are we in first grade? just doesn’t seem right & now the first 3 or 4 rows get special treatment-we all paid for our tickets, not just them.

This was the best spirit airlines fight I have ever had. I take spirit up to 3 or more times a year and I am ready to be the Jared of spirit. 🤪 Best flight ever. Everyone was great. I hope my return flight is the same. When you're traveling with a 9 month old you need a different type of care and accommodation. I didn't ask the staff for anything but I didn't have any added stress.

Everyone on the plane was wonderful. I can't say that the trip of flying was wonderful because I hadn't done that since I was 13 years old. Honestly I was terrified. What would make it better is if they didn't drive so fast but I know they have to. And if they could go up slowly and land slowly. But none of that they can control.

Horrible airline with terrible customer service! I was at the Atlanta airport going to Ft Lauderdale. They delayed the takeoff time several times. We finally boarded & taxied away from the gate where they had us sit in a hot airplane for an hour & a half before cancelling the flight due to weather. They did not even offer us water. They took us back to a totally different gate where they said agents would be available to help. Instead, they dumped us out & left us to fend for ourselves. We had to go out of security to go pick up our checked luggage & wait in a long line at the ticket desk where only one agent was working & by the time we got to the front of the line over an hour later, all the flights were full for the rest of the day & only limited seat availability for the next day. If you were one of the lucky few that was able to reschedule the same day flying to the same or a different airport, you had to go back through security & ride the train to get back to the correct date which took over an hour more. A total waste of time. I will never fly Spirit Airlines again!!

Very bad flight was delayed. After they boarded us kept us in plane four 4 hours because they didn’t have fuel. Very unprofessional. Plane and bathrooms were very dirty. AC was blowing very cold. After everything went very bad because od them they rebooked connection flight next day more than 12 hours. Didn’t provide hotel voucher. Never going to fly this airline

1 and a half hour delay due to a longer than expected maintenance inspection, missed my connecting flight because of it. Spirit customer service at airport told me they can't offer me another flight until the 10th. (2 days later.) I was with my son on leave coming back from visiting family and had to check in from leave the following day. The gate attendants told me I could try calling customer service and they may be able to get me a flight that same night with another airline. I called and talked to a representative on the phone and they said they couldn't do that, only the workers at the actual airport could do that. I turned around and gave the phone to the airport spirit rep and it turned out the woman on the phone was correct and the airport rep just needed a code to use for their system to get me another flight. The woman seemed upset that she had to do something to help me and had the audacity to say "Maybe don't fly when it's so chaotic in the future." Finally I was offered a flight 24 hours later for my son and I and a hotel and meal voucher. It only got worse from here. When I got to the "hotel" it was so disgusting that I knew immediately I couldn't stay there with a child. I looked at reviews and saw it was almost all 1 star reviews. (Dirty, filthy, nasty, ongoing construction, bed bugs etc.) We walked down the road to a Fairfield inn and it was nice so we stayed there for the night, I just paid out of pocket. The meal voucher was one time use, even though it was supposed to be enough for both of us for a 24 hour period. So I paid out of pocket for two more meals for both of us after the meal voucher was used the first night. I tried calling spirit twice more to see if they could get us a reimbursement for the new hotel, both times after talking to a phone rep, they put me on hold to speak to someone higher up the chain, the first call I was on hold for 38 minutes before i eventually gave up. The second was for over 50 minutes on hold. Never was able to speak with anyone. Absolutely a nightmare experience and handled in the worst possible way by every level of customer service we had to deal with. Will never fly spirit again and now I see why so many people speak so poorly of them. I will keep calling until I'm finally able to speak with a management level representative who can hopefully do something to make this better.

The flight was delayed by 10 hours because there was no flight attendant available. We ended up getting a refund. I can't believe Spirit does not have contingencies in place for this. I will never book on this airline again.

Spirit just keeps getting better and better. Kudos to the crew who were going out of their way to help a mother with a baby who was a little overwhelmed.

Checking in was easy and simple, crew was nice and efficient, but I would improve seat assignment randomness to make it easier to sit together based on when you check in. Overall would fly with them again.

It was delayed 9 hours for operational reasons, despite the plane arriving to the airport on time.

I am very disappointed with Frontier Airlines. They cancelled our flight because they couldn't find a crew member, and then didn't get us to our connecting flight. We had to cancel our whole vacation. We were promised flight and hotel vouchers, but they never sent them.

I fly Frontier because it’s affordable. I understand that the seats are tight and not the most comfortable…but that’s part of it. The problem with this flight was that there was a group of travelers directly behind me at the back of the plane who were ridiculously loud and obnoxious the entire flight. I’m pretty sure they were drunk and I could periodically smell an odd odor that I believe was one of them using a smokeless vape pen. The stewards had to remind them to keep quiet during the pre-flight instruction, but that was it. They never said another thing to them for the rest of the flight. It was a miserable.

Six hour delay. Poor customer service. No voucher. Bad communication. Missed important appointments.

I purchased a carry on bag online…was supposed to cost $72 but after a whole slew of bs charges, the total was over $175.00. Because of these hidden charges, I will not even consider flying Frontier ever again. It’s just not worth the hassle. I’m scratching this company off my list forever.

Flight delayed 3 times, resulting in late arrival, rental car place gave car away resulting in increased BS charges because I was late. Frontier blows.

It was impossible to change a carry-on for a checked bag after the initial selection. The flight was delayed 14 hours "to allow for a late arriving aircraft." The seats were shockingly uncomfortable. This was only the second time I've seen seats that didn't recline in an airline. The first was in an East Bloc airline before the fall if the Iron Curtain.

First time flying Frontier, I am not sure the Ala Carte menu of options is for me.
