Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.

Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.

Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.

Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.

Because of the fog at the Frankfurt airport, our flight was delayed leaving Budapest. We only had 20 minutes to get from A23 to C13. This was quite a walk for this not-so-young anymore lady--even with the help of moving sidewalks! We also had to go through passport control and then security. Germany is extra thorough, even doing pat-downs of all passengers. We got to our gate and I knew I had been randomly selected for extra security scanning because of the "SSSS" code on my boarding pass so I wasn't surprised when he escorted me back to security to be searched some more. The boarding gate gentleman assured me that they would hold the plane. The ladies in security rushed through the scanning process as fast as they could and we were able to make our flight to Orlando. The actual flight was smooth and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. The flight crew were friendly and efficient.

The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.

Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.

Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!

Did not happen. Cancelled and rebooked on flight to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. Lost luggage at Frankfurt change.

Staff was great. Space in bathrooms was very good. Boarding went smoothly due to aisles. I would like more room in coach. 2 more inches would be helpful. Lost luggage was a big issue; more on the administrative side than flight related, but diminished the flight experience.

Good but entertainment system was not easy and very buggy

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.

It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.
