Wondering why Alaska Airlines changes your seat! When you reserve a seat that shouldn’t happen
Airplane had a caution light turn on so we sat 2hrs on the runway waiting to get it checked out.
I had signed up for Alaska text alerts but gate was changed 3 times and I was never notified of either one! Unnecessary frustration and confusion!
No screens to watch flight or movies etc. Had to use your own device, all I had was cell phone which is too small. Disappointing. Otherwise very nice.
Leg room was quite OK. Customer service from the crew was spot on.

It was hot in the air plane could’ve have air fans for every seats. Every flight attendants were great except one that serving my first meal didn’t asked what I want, she just gave to me . Also attendants should learn English and able to understand the what was asked of them. Other then that they were great.
Beware when booking this flight! It’s not immediately obvious that there are 2 stops before landing in Ketchikan… the same flight continues to Seattle after (all with the same flight number!) When searching to book, it shows a direct flight even though it has multiple stops. The flight later on the day (which I booked originally when falling into this trap) stops 3 times before Ketchikan!!! Had to pay an extra $50 per ticket to do a same day switch to the morning flight with less stops. Very upsetting
Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip

Terrible. The flight arrives 2 hr later, no AC. One of the worst flights ever
Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.
Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.
