Flight crew was among the best I’ve ever seen
Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.
The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate
I liked that the chairs don't go back too far. I did not like the entertainment system, which was really terrible by industry standards. The crew were unpleasant. The main meal was terrible, the morning meal was quite good.
I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
No priority boarding for business class. Delays, seat 4D was inoperable, table was broken. Movie choices were limited. Staff tried hard. Very poor experience based on previous Lufthansa’s flights. This was Discovery $8,600 was too much for this level of service. We will go back to DELTA when ever we can
No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.
The flight left 2 hours late from Munich therefore we missed our connecting flight to Charlotte.
The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there. This review applies to only the Frankfurt to Dallas leg.
