Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.

Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .

Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .

Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.

The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache

Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.

Timing and if there is map of the trip in the screen it will be better.

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.

Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other

The flight was on time which is great, considering the prices, wizz air is a very convenient airlines

Liked the staff attitude. More items in inflight duty free will be better.

Personal touch is always there. I would recommend offering entertainment for free.

There wasn't any announcement for boarding neither on the screen, it was written " Go to gate". I walked out of the lounge by chance then found the employee asked me what is my destination, when I told him he said: you are the last passenger 😳.

There are no seats while waiting for the gate. They sell tea and coffee, all airlines this is free except Jazera airline. Boarding is very bad, we stood outside eating for the main gate to open, children and seniors were setting on the floor ( dirty) for an hour and half

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.

دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
