I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies

The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.
STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!
Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.
While the airline gas made a significant improvement in terms of service, the following could bolster the level of service event more: 1) distribute the headphones before takeoff 2) be more mindful when driving the cart during meal time by not smashing it to the armrests of the isleside seats 3) be more mindful not pushing the arm and/or shoulder of passengers that are seated while passing the isle when having wider hips
Gate check in of luggage was smooth at DCA and luggage came out fast in IND.
BAD. As a family could not sit together. The gate agent told us there was only one seat in the middle left, when we got on the plane the situation was very different with whole rows of seats empty
Thankfully no connections off of this one on the day of the flight as it was delayed 90+ minutes.
The boarding process and flight were great. However, I waited about 40 minutes for my luggage. It did not come up on the designated belt. Instead, everyone’s bags were on a cart. Not sure what the issue was, but we were not informed until another passenger went looking for her bags and found them.
The preferred seats where awful. Impossible to use them again
Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!
Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on

They don’t keep you updated on the flight status very well. It was late but nothing said
