Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.
The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder
No WiFi or movies. And the seat We’re uncomfortable. Good thing it was a short flight

Nightmare at check in because of restrictibe and unmanageable baggage rules. Very long line and slow because of these policies. Not a smart way to make $
Very few crew meant that we had to wait almost 2 hours just the get a drink!
I get so tired of the constant delays, but there are so few options. The plane is coming from Bangkok each time. Why are the flights so regularly delayed. I do appreciate the speed of the baggage delivery into the terminal.
We had a 3 hrs delay and they offer McDonalds pineapple pay. They charged us for extra grs of luggage and the experience was not good
Thai Air Asia no longer has customer support that you can call and talk to. All support is done by chat bot or self help websites. This can be a major issue if you have a problem and it bit us so we can’t recommend nor will we book with them again unless as a last resort.

Just to be expected on a budget airline. Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle
