Smooth flight. Surprisingly good and inexpensive food choices. Clean cabin. The plane is not equipped with the entertainment system.
Failure of APU meant massive delays at start of journey , baking in an unventilated plane Not good

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.
One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.
i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.
There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.
Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!
all fine - did not have food - there was no entertainment
On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest
Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.
Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.
we were boarded AND only after the boarding process was finished we were announced there is going to be a delay of one hour.
Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.
Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.
