The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines
The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.
I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.
I paid over $200 for seat selection for these flights and I was still stuck on long international flights in seats that do not recline and do not have the head support cushion. At this point basically all airlines have those for all seats, and this really took me by surprise and made me not ever want to travel on Avianca. The Kayak agent who called me for the seat selection (Donovan) was courteous, but it seems the system for this doesn't work. I was offered seat selection, for the $200+, but without being able to see what I was selecting, with no guarantee where I'd be...and then I still ended up in terrible seats. On my way to, and especially after, a very intense business trip, the seat situation really soured my experience.
My whole return flight itinerary, 3 flights, got canceled without any warning to me because I missed one of the earlier flights 3 weeks ago
Worst airline , charge for everything even for water, seat space is very bad
Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.
Kiwi is the worst, I couldn’t flight for work, Kiwi kept 100% of my money (they didn’t even return the taxes) I will not buy with kiwi again

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.
