So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off
Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up
Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.
The seats had plenty of leg room and the staff were very nice.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.

Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.
Avíanca now has cero entertainment, food and even water for their travels in economy. We spend all 6 or more hours ignored or we are offered products to buy using only credit card .
They charged for WATER on a SIX hour flight!! never again!
$120 for a carry on bag !!!!!! Insane. Back-breaking seats. Do not recline. Food service is a disgrace. They give only water and a salty snack. Everything else has a price.
Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.
Flight was delayed 8 hours so far. Don’t expect to fly when choosing Spirit Airlines. I will happily pay more to never deal with this company again.
To long of a delay and way to long on the plane. I know weather sucks, but I felt the flight crew did the bare minimum.
It was terrible I want a free flight we were delayed for 6 hours and I was freezing in the airport
Delays delays and more delays in both LAX and San Jose. And then I said something else flight was supposed to arrive in Portland at 12:04 but didn't land until 2:30 PM which made me late for my appointment.
We received several notifications of a delay but the flight ended up leaving on time without us even tho we were in the airport eating very close by. We received no notification that the flight moved back to its original time.
On time and fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.
Don’t fly with Spirit unless you wanna be treated like trash. Racist employee too
Lower price not worth it. Delayed missed connection. Would have taken 24 hours to get to Atlanta. No takes your vouchers making them useless. Never again.
