The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.
STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.
Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option
Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.
The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.
Great - quick boarding and landed early with an available gate.
The flight was uneventful. What was a problem was I was delayed getting home one entire day because the flight from Sacramento was delayed. That made getting to my connecting flight impossible. I had to stay another night at the hotel and incur that expense as a result.
For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.
The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts
The aircraft was on-time and plane and lavatory was clean.
Terrible. We had about a 3 hours delay which led to us missing our connecting.
Terrible customer service playing as usual was late and the Denver tried to get to a bus, but it already scheduled for service to Fort Collins, but because they could not help me at all at the baggage service desk. I missed the bus by one minute after they kept me arguing about how to handle my bag which have not gotten onto the carousel, Customer Service and Denver at the baggage claim customer service had the nerve to say she did not fly the plane and the responsibility of the bag was all mine. Pathetic.
Nothing exceptional. No drink of any type, even in first class was provided for the hour and half trip.
very very tight seats unfriendly crew who do not seem to care about the comfort of their passengers and do not know how to smile poor ground staff support at LHR and PHX
