$521 Find cheap flights from Frankfurt am Main to Punta Cana

Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.

We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

United Airlines flights serviced by Swiss Airlines provide for zero communication with Swiss Airlines almost impossible to contact Swiss airlines to make seat selection, upgrades or changes. I won’t do that again if it can be helped.

Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

The flights were pretty close to the scheduled times, all connections were smooth and without additional delays, and my luggage was accounted for throughout the journey. All in all, this was the best travel experience I've had in quite some time.

Fresh fuit or veg snacks would be so great, but there are two good restaurants in Denver airport. Try Etais UDIS or Freshens DIA for nutritious delicious pita sandwiches/ donairs and crepes in Freshens.

The boarding process in Frankfurt was chaotic and uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting at the gate and had to get up and line up (by escalators which caused problems) to get documents checked. Then wait in line for bus which took us to tarmac where we had to stand in the cold rain outside the plane to climb the stairs to board. The plane ride itself was smooth and as comfortable as could be in economy. Free texting for aero plane members was nice. The food was decent.

I never booked this flight. Someone else did as fraud

The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.

Food in Air Canada can always be better. Processed packaged foods are so 80s.

The flight attendants were not very friendly and seemed annoyed by everytime a passenger asked a question

The flight was wondering, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

We were very upset when we checked in for our flight to be charged 208,00 euro for luggage fees when the site clearly states we are authorized one checked bag each and one carry-on. We have never experienced anything like this with Lufthansa and are very disappointed. We should be reimbursed this erroneous charge. I can forward all receipts once I am able to scan the them.

Crew was very nice and helpful. It was a good flight experience.

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.

Crew was super rude in business class. Not friendly or helpful. Luggage was damaged and was told to file with United and that was unsuccessful.

Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad

The connection at Frankfurt was chaotic and nearly missed the flight to Atlanta. They made was wait for busses to transfer and it took ages

We liked the direct flight from Frankfurt to Orlando, however, it was a little confusing as I thought I was traveling with Lufthansa from Izmir- Frankfurt-Orlando. We were not able to check in online twenty-four hours before the flight from Izmir. One lady in our group wanted to check two suitcases in Izmir, but was not allowed to do so. She was allowed to take the extra bag into the cablin. Others in our group were able to check two bags. In Frankfurt several in our group were given stand-by boarding tickets, which worried them. Everyone eventually was allowed to board, but it caused them to worry. I didn't have any of those problem.

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.

The bad part was 2 hour delay and we were seating in the airplane it was getting hot and uncomfortable But after they fixed the problem everything went so smooth Crew were amazing very nice polite and caring

A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

The seats are too close to the ones in front.

The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.

Boarding was delayed and a bit hectic. The crew was super nice.

Brand new airplane Airbus 330. Great crew. The staff on the ground is always a bit mediocre at Condor.

Some pretty unfriendly check in crew members. This is a no frills airline.

Seat was the worst I ever had in an airplane

I will definitely recommend your service. This is my first experience with Condor and so far it was great!

A flight attendant placed a meal on my tray. I was in 44E. The passenger who was in 44G had gone to the bathroom. I ate the meal. When the passenger in 44G asked where his meal was the flight attendant put the blame on me. She claimed another attendant put the meal on my tray. She then claimed when she gave me the meal she asked me if I had ordered a special meal. She did not Worst experience I have ever had with a crew member.

Entertainment screen was not functioning, there was no effort made by flight attendants to take care of the problem. All I could do was looking at customs forms and watch landing videos for 10 hrs 😁 Bruno Volk
