The flight from CNF to VCP was delayed and I had to rush to catch the next plane. It was strange, since the boarding in CNF was done in due time.

During boarding the company said that the plane didn’t have enough space and required to dispatch any luggage. But in reality the plane was with a lot of luggage space in the overhead bins. So it just took a lot of additional al time, specially considering that it took around 30m for the luggage to arrive in the retrieval belt in the airport.

Tight and not so comfortable business class seats . Crew below average. Very formal, no smiles, and kind of confused when serving meals. AZUL used to be much better on all above subjects. That's is what monopoly does to its customers.

When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.

No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.

Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.

Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.

Não teve viagem alguma, a 123 milhas faliu e eu desisti da viagem.

The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .

The sits were very hard and after an overnight flight my back was hurting. The food was very bad and poor quality, I was very hungry but I could not eat the food, I tried but the it was so bad , I don’t think my dog would have eaten it either. No kidding?!!! The Crew was lovely, the bathrooms were spacious and the entertainment was good. When I arrived in Madrid I was given the incorrect instructions by the woman who was at the desk for connecting flights information for LATAM airlines. Due to this I missed my flight and my luggage was lost. Consequently I had 3 passport checks and security checks in and out of Spain!!! The terminal T4 and terminal T4S are a different thing And they are very far apart. My flight was scheduled to exit at T4S and they send me to T4, I went to T4 they send me back to T4S and I had yo take a train and check in and out this time I was exhausted and wanted to cry. Eventually a crew member of LATAM felt compassion for me and saw my predicament, she said I had no time to go back to terminal T4 again so she rescheduled the flight. My baggage was lost and I had to go to try to find it at midnight. It was a real nightmare. Just thinking about it makes me angry. This Airport in Madrid is not easy to navigate, so please give people some real assistance and assurance. I SHOULD have not missed my flight There was plenty of time. It was miss information of people who don’t care, don’t read and don’t listen and unfortunately that is their job. Not happy at all

It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.

Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.

TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

Awful experience, A/C didn't work, crew did not do anything about it

Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.

Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.

American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.

Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.

Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.

Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
