My first flight was delayed so late that I would have missed my connection. I had to cancel the flight and reschedule for the next morning. I took over half an hour to retrieve my luggage. I already paid $30 for checked in luggage for the flight I didn't take. When I checked in for my new flight on app I paid another $30. I went to the kiosk for my luggage tags and was charged $40. (My baggage didn't make it on the connecting flight but was delivered at 10:00 that night.) Later that day I requested a refund of the baggage fees. I received an email stating my refund was complete in the amount of $234.62. I didn't realize that meant my return flight was canceled until I tried to check in at the counter. They had refunded the wrong thing. It costed me $381.10 to book a new flight home. Overall a fiasco. At least my baggage made it home with me.
Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…
This was a short flight handled by Hawaiian Airlines. Flight was late by about an hour. As it is so short, no food offerings other than the obligatory cookie and drink. Flight crew was great.
The flight from Guadalajara to Dallas had mechanical issues, and was delayed every half hour for 4 hours until we were told to rebook. As it was during the busy holiday break, most flights were fully booked and travel that day was unavailable. The only saving grace for American Airlines was their ticketing staff that maintained their composure and did their best to accommodate all the disappointed and frustrated passengers.

Seats were comfortable. Bathroom was large and fairly clean. Flight attendants were okay
The plane was subbed for another last minute, the gate was changed last minute. Could live with that but we boarded and there was a delay which totaled an hour in the end. There was a technical issue which meant wheels needed to remain out for ten mins after take off. My USB phone charger was broken as was the headphone jack which meant I could t enjoy the IFE and could use my phone after a few hours. Even the map function on the plane failed to work after a few hours.
