Everything was fine except the landing. We were off loaded on the tarmac. Squished on busses then driven around for 20 minutes. Dropped at terminal B and needed to be at A so had to wait 20 min in another line to catch a bus then another 20 min wait in customs! How on earth were we to get to our connecting flights!? Not a great first trip with your airline or start of my vacation. The woman on the tarmac was rude too

The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.
Paid for aisle seat and got a middle seat in back. One of the more uncomfortable flights I have been on. Impossible to get a refund.
Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
Flight delayed and missed connecting flight - still dtivk in Germany
No priority boarding for business class. Delays, seat 4D was inoperable, table was broken. Movie choices were limited. Staff tried hard. Very poor experience based on previous Lufthansa’s flights. This was Discovery $8,600 was too much for this level of service. We will go back to DELTA when ever we can
Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
Flight delayed by an hour from the get go which almost cost us our connection which we only made by the grace of God.
Handling of baggage. We had a two hour delay and they still did not get baggage on flight
