My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.
I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks
Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.
I used to enjoy the travelling experience, but no more. We pay more and get much less. No air travel for me on the near future.
Overall the new aircraft’s is good and crew is good. Just overall airline policies and process needs to be better.
It was delayed then we turned around so not good.
United was on time. Once I got to the terminal it was fine. The transfer from another terminal was terrible. I had to go up some back stairs that were filthy.
Entertainment wasn’t working on the flight so no movies or wifi. I was at the lavatories and the crew were chatting at the back. I asked them for a glass of wine and they told me to go back to my seat and get my credit card and bring it back to them. I thought it would have been nicer for them to come to me but they didn’t want to get up from chatting with colleagues. Not great customer service.
Very pleasant crew! Good entertainment options. Water wasn’t working in the bathrooms, but they were able to fix it. Just had to stand with sticky soap hands for 20min….
Air canada always does an excellent job with business class friendly staff great food ......
Ordered the vegetarian meal. Perhaps the worst in flight meal i ever had. Soggy and sad broccoli, overcooked rice and a FROZEN cheap fruit salad.
The seats were very uncomfortable. The food was terrible. They only came around with the drink cart for dinner and breakfast. What if we needed water or something? I had to take my pills in the morning with a pop I bought from the airport. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never be flying Air Canada again after this trip!
Everything was excellent. Just keep doing what you are. I would travel with this airlines gain.
Excellent except for checking in at Madrid Airport. Waited in line for over an hour and a half. Not enough ticket agents available and they were moving those with earlier flight times up in order to get them through. People were not happy. Staff did their best to explain, but just not enough to meet the need.
No fast track available, no organisation. Unpleasant boarding system at gate 20 at JFK. When giving feedback to the lounge team I was told to talk to the manager instead of taking the feedback.
The whole experience was great. The only improvement would be the entertainment selection
I will travel by BA only in future also. Only suggestion is they should give aisle seat in front near washroom for senior citizens
I'm a world traveler for the 30 years. The WORST AIRPORT i've ever been in Totally over booked They shuttle u around MANY TIMES TO GET to planes and gates They over book and have massive delays Will never fly BA again
It was good overall. Entertainment was ok, one of the TV screens had issue. Bit old plane but leg space was good. Overhead luggage had good space. The worst part was experience at Heathrow airport, it was total chaos.
More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front
I only took two Europe trip with BA, 100% are delayed. Today’s delay caused missed next flight, they booked next flight for me but we had to wait at the airport for 6 hours. The trip to Berlin, same experience, delayed for 3 hours for no reason. Will not treat with BA anymore.
Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.
Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.
