How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

Delayed delayed delayed and then cancelled very late not allowing for too much time to find a room for the night

Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.

This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!

Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.

Worst experience ever. First time and last time with Ryanair. I'm not a cow.

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.
