Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!
It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)
The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small
My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc
Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.
HORRIBLE. 3 hours delayed. Crew did not communicate properly and was rude to passengers enquiring. Delay caused multiple passengers to miss connections.
The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.
British Airways changed flight times after booking, allowing very little time between connections. We had to rush to barely make the next flight. They also ran out of certain vegetarian options during our 10-hour flight. Crew was fine, but overall a very unpleasant experience.
Better pillow cases in economy. I didn’t like that I couldn’t pick my seats since I booked with Kayak.
The crew on this flight was probably the worst I have ever come across. This applies particularly to Karen and Lee (possibly Jason) - the short, overweight pompous guy - arrogant and rude are possibly too kind a description. This Lee/Jason obviously failed his exams at Charm School, and frankly, in my view, needs to be dismissed immediately. Karen was similar to the guy in attitude, but not quite as rude.
Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean
Iberia schedules flights with short layovers in Madrid so many miss their flights. Also they lost our luggage twice - really a weak operation and will never fly with them again
It was cancelled. And they had terrible customer service to rebook. Then our rebooked flight was cancelled
I paid for a window seat to be able to rest against it and there was a big gap between the seat and the window like I was in an aisle. Also, whenever the person in front reclined their seat, the TV screen would be too low and in a weird angle. It feels like they’re crushing my little space.
A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.
