The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)

It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.

Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.
I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.
American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.
Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!
Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.
La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
COP 7,000 for a cup of mediocre coffee. I thought I was on Spirit Airlines for a minute. Otherwise the flight was fine. Nothing exceptional to report.
Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.
Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.
They charged for WATER on a SIX hour flight!! never again!

Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.
Flight delayed by an hour and 5 mnts, missed my connection from Ccs to porlamar, had to stay over night hotel cost and new tickets.
