It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines
Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.

You delayed my trip three days for no reason other than your lack of preparedness, did not offer any compensation, including food or a bed. I couldn’t trust you so I moved up my return flight and lost another day at the end of my trip to hopefully make sure I make my next flight. I will never fly LATAM again. You have the worse accountability and reliability and clearly do not care that your clients have lives and what it cost to fly to another country.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again
I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.
That they were on tike but, They charge again for baggage while we already paid when we buy our tickets

Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever

COP 7,000 for a cup of mediocre coffee. I thought I was on Spirit Airlines for a minute. Otherwise the flight was fine. Nothing exceptional to report.
Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.
Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.

Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.
Flight delayed by an hour and 5 mnts, missed my connection from Ccs to porlamar, had to stay over night hotel cost and new tickets.
