I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.

It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.

Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.

they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.

I love flying with Aegean. Crew is always polite and empathetic. Boardi

The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth

Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!

The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.

Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

My flight was supposed to leave at 8:35 and arrive at 9:35. The plane took off at 9:20 and we arrived after 10am. Horrible experience and zero organisation.

Relatively good for a LCC, free water and a biscuit, free standard seat selection at check-in. Just be wary of legroom if you're tall, and the boarding process was very disorganised with no announcements and no queue management.

Do not check bags with Sky Express! We were flying from the Milos airport to Athens. Sky Express lost our checked bags. We were on our way to a wedding in Athens.. In fact, more than half of the flight’s passengers had their bags lost / left at the terminal. This was not a large plane (~50 people), so having left that many bags at a very very small airport where there was only one other flight (from another carrier) scheduled that day, is a ridiculously large oversight. Our bags were sent on a meandering ferry to Athens the following day, to arrive at our hotel 3 days later, but it was too late to be helpful. We had to buy outfits and toiletries, etc when we arrived for the event. We are filing a claim with Sky Express for partial reimbursement.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

Because of the fog at the Frankfurt airport, our flight was delayed leaving Budapest. We only had 20 minutes to get from A23 to C13. This was quite a walk for this not-so-young anymore lady--even with the help of moving sidewalks! We also had to go through passport control and then security. Germany is extra thorough, even doing pat-downs of all passengers. We got to our gate and I knew I had been randomly selected for extra security scanning because of the "SSSS" code on my boarding pass so I wasn't surprised when he escorted me back to security to be searched some more. The boarding gate gentleman assured me that they would hold the plane. The ladies in security rushed through the scanning process as fast as they could and we were able to make our flight to Orlando. The actual flight was smooth and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. The flight crew were friendly and efficient.

The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.

Good but entertainment system was not easy and very buggy

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.

Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally.

For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats

All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).

A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours.

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
