The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
It was great. The attention, the fly was on time.
Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.

The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.
Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus
Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.
It was a good experience, it was just the the connecting flight after that was a problem.
Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.
Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service
Very bad I have traveled to about 70 countries. And this is one of the worst airline with the bad customer service. As a family We purchased our seating tickets 8 D, 8 E, and 8 F but when we board we got switched to 10 A, 10 B and C without early acknowledgment. The seat back doesn’t even go back because the back row is the emergency row. We didn’t like it at all because we actually pay for the seats we want then the manager Melih came and say either we take the new seat or get off the plane. What a bad customer service. He was saying things that are not even legitimate. Due to the seat back unable to be push back we had to go to other seats in the far back and be separated. Very bad experience with this airline and will not want to take it again.
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
On the positive side, Turkish airlines had a direct flight from Dallas to Istanbul. The check in process was fine and the flight crew was very nice. In terms of improvement, despite paying for better seats, the seats were very cramped. The food was terrible.
Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.
Very sad, couldn't stop crying. Was an hour delay in Ireland and when we got to Canada the flight was boarded and couldn't get on. Was the last flight of the day. Now in a hotel waiting on a stand by.I have to got o work, so I'll go first available while my son stays in the hotel til one's available
Both flights late. Almost missed connecting flight and flight staff not willing to help expedite us off the plane.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.
Probably my favorite airline and way to go to Europe. Everything went smoothly! Food was tasty, crew was pleasant. Really cannot complain!
Golf Bags never made it on the flight. Very expensive golf bag and. Clubs,shoes, clothing. Will file a claim against Aer Lingus
Horrible. Garbage airline. Due to the strike we got a replacement plane/crew. I didn't get my exit row seat I paid for. Food was horrible. Plane was hot and didn't have AC vents.
The first leg of my 2 flights were delayed, causing me to miss my second flight and have to stay the whole night in Dublin. Super upset with this experience, and I still need to figure out how to get compensated for this.
Everything went well, but could have used a bit more legroom.
The flight got us safely from point a to point b and on time. For a transatlantic flight that isnt nothing. Flight crew was kind and professional. The seats are super uncomfortable (worse than domestic budget airlines) and the cabin was DIRTY.
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.

we were boarded AND only after the boarding process was finished we were announced there is going to be a delay of one hour.
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!
