Boarding was chaotic(zones were a bit arbitrary) and we had to undergo a second check of our carry on bags and jackets at the gate...nobody was detained and nothing was removed just a waste of time as we already went through screening to get to the international gates .

it was good. the seats are super uncomfortable. No room for legs at all. but the flight was good.
The AA lounge at EZE was poor. Poor food options and poor comfort. Looked dated. The plane was old, chairs not comfortable. My entertainment sec teen was broken. Poor movie selection. I normaill fly Delta and use the Latam lounge.
Fine; flight schedule was changed the day before but they sent email and called me. They took care of the rearranged connecting flight well.
my tv was a bit broken, and so was table, so the food would keep falling, as the table was loose. they weight the carry on, and make me take out 3 magazines from the carryon, given it was minimally over the 10pound limit (which was a bit ridiculous)
Not enough legroom on flight. I was never offered the option of purchasing a seat with more legroom.
I had an 9 hr layover continuing on to Ushuaia. I expected to have to get my luggage & do customs but I did not expect Aerolinas Argentinas to make me sit with all of my luggage for 7 hours in the entrance part of the airport before they would let us re-check our bags & get back in where there are seats. People were sitting on the floor everywhere.
This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again
Aerilineas changed my airport from aero parque to Ezeiza and didn’t take care of my transport. Seats were mediocre and ground personal weren’t very helpful. Too bad that’s the only option to fly to El calafate. Bad service, bad company
Better snacks options for a 3.25 hour flight . There was only 1 choice - a fruit granola bar .
Excellent on-time flight. Check-in was smooth and they changed to emergency seats with no problem. The only issue was that adding my AA frequent flyer at check-in was impossible.

The airport was changed, just a few hours before departure, which was located almost an hour apart. Going through security was pretty fast, but then the airport does not allow them to use the walk on sleeve for some reason, perhaps because it is not a national airline. They make you huddle into an area, board onto a packed bus, drive you to the airplane on the tarmac, and then you have to carry your carry-on luggage up Rickety metal steps to get onto the plane. The flight was fine. It is relatively short. There is no entertainment and anything that you want to drink or eat you have to pay for with cash on board. They need to allow these airlines to use the walk on sleeve, which was empty and available right next to our airplane. Perhaps it’s a political battle.
The flight attendant was very helpful my husband and I were not seated together and she was able to get us seats together

The sits were very hard and after an overnight flight my back was hurting. The food was very bad and poor quality, I was very hungry but I could not eat the food, I tried but the it was so bad , I don’t think my dog would have eaten it either. No kidding?!!! The Crew was lovely, the bathrooms were spacious and the entertainment was good. When I arrived in Madrid I was given the incorrect instructions by the woman who was at the desk for connecting flights information for LATAM airlines. Due to this I missed my flight and my luggage was lost. Consequently I had 3 passport checks and security checks in and out of Spain!!! The terminal T4 and terminal T4S are a different thing And they are very far apart. My flight was scheduled to exit at T4S and they send me to T4, I went to T4 they send me back to T4S and I had yo take a train and check in and out this time I was exhausted and wanted to cry. Eventually a crew member of LATAM felt compassion for me and saw my predicament, she said I had no time to go back to terminal T4 again so she rescheduled the flight. My baggage was lost and I had to go to try to find it at midnight. It was a real nightmare. Just thinking about it makes me angry. This Airport in Madrid is not easy to navigate, so please give people some real assistance and assurance. I SHOULD have not missed my flight There was plenty of time. It was miss information of people who don’t care, don’t read and don’t listen and unfortunately that is their job. Not happy at all

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)

Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.
I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.
There was no entertainment but everyone just used their phones.
The app told us that carry on luggage was included but we were made to pay for it again at the check in counter, making it a very expensive flight. Not happy
I was charged 168 soles for kids stroller. We have travelled across the world and have never charged for the stroller. Horrific airlines and the staff was extremely rude. They wouldn’t let us board unless we pay the extra baggage cost. Never ever flying this airline and I would recommend the same for the others.
Avoid this airline. They are unprofessional. The captain left several passengers on ground due to covid restrictions which were never communicated. As a chilean, I am ashamed that this low level airline comes from my country. Remember this horrible brand and avoid it... Jetsmart
I couldn’t board my inbound flight since they asked for my Yellow Fever Vaccination card at the boarding time and I didn’t have it; of course I didn’t have time to go pick it up. They never mentioned this would be requested for the flight. Not during the ticket purchase, not during the luggage check in or during my check in. They also cancelled my outbond flight due to this and they refused to do a refund. Terrible!!! Worst airline ever!!!
