Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.
Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber
I was charged at the gate for bags I had already paid for. There was no other option. I am trying diligently thought easyJet website but making no progress HELP!
The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

They cancelled my flight and we had to fend for ourselves to reschedule another flight. There was no staff to help all the canceled guest. Poor communication and staff. I attempted to reschedule via Kayak and I asked their staff that it looked as it was available. The guy behind the counter just told us to go online..
You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.
Very frustrating trip. From Rome to boston , and i missed the next flight to new york
Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.
