Crew service and check in are very good Price still high .

Seats distance between each other are short but other things are ok .

Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.

Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.

Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .

Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .

Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.

The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache

Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.

Timing and if there is map of the trip in the screen it will be better.

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.

Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other

The flight take time was changed 23 times. The system kept sending messages it will be earlier at 4am and eventually the flight was at 9am I didn’t sleep all night because of that

This flight was a dreamliner so I think the space was ok for the legs, but the option for food was again limited and the crew was same.

Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.

Needs better seat for business class. My seat was falling apart. Also no WiFi on that flight

In never flown this flight, because my flight coning from Barcelona was delayed.

Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. No entertainment option was there. Crew members were mostly back of the flight asking each other for KitKat and chips to share between them.

Etihad flight sector is a local . .give the same quality upto destination

Seat selection screen while online check-in could include free seats to choose from and show the options before we proceed. Currently, it is auto-allocated and there are no options for free seat selections.

Lovely crew - comfortable journey despite it being an older plane.

Online was good boarding also but a child was crying all the way with no intervention from crew member.
