Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Grocery, CVS, Starbucks, and plenty of dining options within a block or less. A bit on the expensive side but I suppose it is par for DC hotels, especially those near the Capitol.
Pros. I got ripped of. I booked thru cancelon they cancelled my reservation. And took my money I got nothing. Total ripoff. I will never ever book anything at flhilton
Cons. I paid for a room and got nothing I got ripped
Pros. School vacation was so great that we came back to D.C. And had to stay here again. The staff super helpful and friendly. Room clean and modern inside. Pool for kids (small) but works and keep everyone happy after lots of waking around National Mall. Quick 10 minute walk to Union Station.
Pros. It was 100° this weekend and our neighborhood had a blackout so I ran here. I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great being right above the grocery store and right around the corner from the metro.
Cons. The facilities were kind of small but they were definitely nothing to complain about. I don't really have any negative comments. I wish I had a tub instead of a shower. That would be my only disappointment.
Pros. Very comfortable bed Clean Central Location
Cons. - restaurant/bar is average - not too many local restaurants after business hours
