Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice selection of items at the breakfast buffet for $27 pp. This is a bit pricey. USB in the room did not work. Requested repair three times during the stay to no avail. Parking is $31 per day.
USB in room inop. I called or some to the front desk 3 times over 2 days. But it was not repaired.
No Free Parking
Pool area was nice, beds were comfortable. Breakfast is overpriced. Towels are super scratchy, drying off was uncomfortable.
Breakfast was consistently out of 4-5 different items each day of my 5 day stay
Awesome service! All was clean and super friendly and professional staff. I will stay again.
Pros. The staff was extremely polite, they helped a ton. I accidentally left something in my room and they found it for me and will be mailing it.
Cons. Nothing! I really enjoyed it.
Cons. Parking gate never function
Cons. For some reason roomservice came knocking on the door at 8:30 when check out time was 11am. Also I called down to the front desk to ask a question and the lady was very rude to me. The o oh good experience Inhad was the gentleman who checked us in, he was nice and very courteous. For a four star hotel I would have expected more.
Cons. Gift shop is outdated
