Pros. Location, value, clean, comfortable bef
Cons. Bathroom was freezing! Window was alluminum and not insulated at all.
Pros. Close to everything!
Pros. good location next to Times Square; breakfast included; king bed
Cons. room was small; noisy - little noise insulation inside; one of two elevators was not working.
Pros. Not roomy, but adequate accommodations with very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Reasonably clean.
Pros. Room was nice and also free breakfast
Cons. Lights went out for hours we had to eat breakfast in the dark with our phone light. Also I was billed higher at the hotel for my room. I used the book now pay later and the hotel charged me more than what website told me the total would be.
Pros. This hotel is in a great location.
Pros. Not much good to say... The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size for New York. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end...
Cons. Requested early check in on a high floor the day before I arrived, but received an email at the time I was planning to check in that I could not do so until after 3. When I did check in, I was given the 3rd floor right on the street. The car horns and street noise kept me up into the morning. I was on a non-smoking floor, but the cigarette smell was unbelievably thick. It was obvious they were allowing smoking in the rooms. One word for the owners... bleach. The bed sheets were stained and obviously old. They should probably be replaced. Breakfast was horrible. Other than the bagels, there were dry (maybe day old?) muffins, 1 pancake which had obviously been previously frozen, and the juices were basically water. They had actually positioned buckets next to the juice machines so you could throw out the juice rather than drink it. We checked our bags to go to a show. When we came back to retrieve them, we asked for a cab. The bellman went out front to hail us a cab, but had no luck. He told us he would be right back, and went back in the hotel. After 10 minutes of standing out in the cold waiting, he never came back. When I went in to the front desk, I asked them if they could call a cab. They told me their concierge was gone for the day, so I had to go flag one down on my own! Never have I been to a hotel that could not get me a ride to the station.
