Staff could not have been nicer, rooms were great with a fantastic view.
Pros. The hotel was amazing - the room was very clean and modern. The view was beautiful (we got 26th floor which helped). The free parking and one free breakfast was very valuable (depends on your package). I loved that we had free beach towels that we could take awAy and return daily.
Pros. Staff accomadate late check out
Cons. Balcony
Pros. Incredible technology in the room! The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The decor is nice and the amenity kit is great.
Cons. The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t spotless either. We had to request items that were supposed to be part of our welcome package. Our room was not serviced until late afternoon.
Pros. Very clean & comfortable
Cons. Expensive
Pros. Everyone on the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and the view is amazing With the Renovation Discount it was about Half price maybe even less than half and absolutely an great value
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Whenever we asked for service, (maintenance, engineer, housekeeping), they came within 5 minutes.
Pros. The hotel was under renovation but the staff was so amazing. It totally made our stay. Will surely stay in the future.
Pros. The hotel is nice. The views are pretty. The staff were courteous and helpful. It's clean. The location downtown is close to most everything.
Cons. It's not on the beach, which isn't a deal breaker, but I wasn't feeling the "Hawaiian vibe". It just wasn't there. Everything closes super early, even the hotel bar and it's all sub par, nothing too fabulous. I guess the word I could use that would fit this hotel is generic. It's not holiday inn generic, but it's definitely not worth the price, the parking fees, or the resort fee. I didn't feel like I really fit in too well either. If you're a tourist to Hawaii and you'll barely spend time at the hotel, this is the one if you're willing to pay the price. I also didn't feel like I fit in here. If you're coming from Japan though, you'll fit right in.
Pros. Close to everything in Waikiki but not in the midst of the resorts
Cons. Dirty stain/spot on floor in bathroom next to tub was there every day even after cleaning. All else was nice.
