This hotel is very dated. Room was old and musty and there’s no way this is a 4 star hotel. Balcony door would barely open. Concrete spalling on balcony edges. This hotel nickel and dimes the guests. I would not stay here again.
Pros. Staff, room, breakfast all were great
Cons. Elevators were extremely slow
Pros. I liked the free local newspaper. The hotel staff are very friendly and approachable. For Spring Break tourists, the location is ideal for walking to and from popular clubs and bars.
Cons. I did not like the elevator space and availability. My friend and I had to wait a few times to get inside an elevator. There was a queue just to use it. Self-parking can be a hit or miss; depending on events in the area. Avoid self-parking during major events like Bike Week and use valet parking.
Pros. Front desk helpful and nice. Pool is ocean front. Hotel room was roomy for 4 people. Everything was clean.
Cons. We had sunset view room which is same as street view. Very, very noisy. You could even hear people talking on sidewalk below.
Pros. Was a little displeased with not having a comforter on the bed.
Pros. The hotel is very nice and right on the beach. Swimming pool is heated but outside. I don't know about the rest of the hotel what room 104 was fantastic. it has a patio and access to the beach from your room.
Cons. Bathrooms extremely small
Cons. Huge issues with elevators. Only 3 for the hotel and 1 was broken much of our stay. Unable to use elevators at all during check out due to back up. Had to load gear for 3 babies by using 3 floors worth of stairs. Beautiful hotel but elevator problems are a deal-breaker.
Pros. This was a great resort next to the boardwalk. You are in waking distance to the pier and food places. Once you park your car, no need to use it again until you leave! We will be back! It was just my fiancé and I, so the bar with all of the "buckets" were great! Clean, friendly staff!
Pros. The staff was amazing! Went put of their way to say hello everytime we saw someone, very attentive. We stayed an extra unplanned night because we were so impressed with their staff
Cons. How expensive their drinks were. We spent more on drinks then we did on lunches and dinners
