Pros. Everything about this stay was top notch. Every single encounter with an employee was pleasant, polite and helpful. Rooms, common areas and restaurant were comfortable and spotless. We could not have asked for a better location - central to everything.
Pros. Staff, each & every one from doormen, janitors to manager. Special shout out to Mark in maintenance and Darnell at front desk. We borrowed their bikes and had an excellent ride around the lake. View was awesome down State street. We arrived a early on Thursday morning and allowed to go right up to an available room. Room was small but meticulous in detail. Location could not be better!!! A minute's walk to blue line, red line and busses. All the shopping you can want steps from hotel. Millennium park and the Bean was 3-4 blocks away.
Cons. There was nothing to complain about.
