Location is great. I came from the train and it was close. Clean modern rooms. Close to many restaurants and downtown sites.
Pros. Great location, friendly staff, excellent room for the price.
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Great location, staff was pretty friendly. Nice having the Elephant & Castle attached for food and drinks, no problem bringing beverages from the bar back to the room.
Cons. The king bed we booked was very clearly 2 twin beds pushed together with a zippered-in gap filler that sort of worked. So it was wide but there was a dip in the middle and my feet were hanging off of the foot of the bed, I'm 5'9"... Some trash that wasn't ours under the bedside table when we arrived. As others have said the walls are very thin.
Pros. Didn’t partake in hotel breakfast. The bed was very comfortable
Cons. Nothing. I was delighted with my choice of botel
Pros. The outside view from the room
Cons. There should be a refrigerator in the room, maybe rooms n bathroom should be bigger n provide drinking water as part of service
Pros. Clean rooms, great location, and caring staff. Will definitely return!
Pros. Great location, gym and also includes free laundry facilities!!
Pros. Comfortable and clean rooms Great service Close to everything Easy to get from Airpot as the Blue line is just a block away.
Cons. Wish my room had a small refrigerator.
Pros. I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the front desk check in staff. I did not check out the amenities. A nice perk was the chilled water bottle filling stations with complimentary water bottles available.
Cons. The rooms are incredibly dry! My face, hands, mouth and most of my skin felt coarse and extremely dry all evening and night in the hotel. Upon asking for a humidifier around midnight, I was told that maintenance/the front desk would check in with me after they looked for one. However, after 40+ minutes with no response AFTER I called back again, I went to bed. I was disappointed in both their communication and state of the room. Furthermore, there was the tiniest window with a speck of natural light let in. I understand city hotel room have limited views but I have never been in a room so dark with such a small window. I will not be returning to The Central Loop Hotel for these reasons.
Pros. Location is great.
Cons. $400 for a tiny bed and room with no fridge or microwave is a complete rip off. I will never be staying here again no matter how busy the city is or how expensive another place is.
