This was a red eye return, so I doubt there would be anyway to make it better. Other than adding beds.

They changed my flight twice. The 2nd time they changed it they did so the day before the scheduled departure and replaced the lie flat seat in a 777 to a 737. I paid extra to be in the 777 only for them to change it. Then the departure was delayed twice. The connecting flight was also delayed.
Direct nonstop flight was great. Flight was delayed and the crew announced a 2h delay on the sound system. 30 min or so later I hear my name on the sound system for immediate board. Several other passangers were late too. Reason: The crew incorrectly announced a 2h delay when in reality they meant a new boarding time at 2pm.

I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.
LATE AGAIN. Seems like each time I use Air Canada there are delays ... extra 2 hours this time, making for a 22-hr day for me!!! The gate people did not seem to know what they were doing with loading people, unloading, checking carry-ons, letting some go ... very unorganized from Toronto to Detroit! Would have been faster to drive
The staff were on the last leg. But they were still very accommodating and polite. They were all very helpful with getting the bags up and getting people to their seats.
Flight from Lisbon to Toronto was smooth, and we arrived early! Flight from Toronto to Denver was delayed about 40 minutes. We didn’t hear about the delay until after we had boarded the plane. The delay could have been handled better.
The Air Canadian personnel were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely fly on them again.
My second flight ended up being through United and it was fine. Again, just frustrating that it was so late.
Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!

Touchscreens do not work. WiFi did not work. Food is possibly the worst on any European airline. Drinks came by only four times on a cross-Atlantic. The plane was two hours late because—it was announced—Lufthansa didn't have enough large aircraft in their fleet to accommodate an on-time flight.
Another 35 min delay landing No apology no communication or acknowledgment about this
The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter
Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.
Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.
Checking in for ongoing flight from Singapore could not be done in the UK. This meant we were not sure whether we had seats together or in the right place. This needs sorting!!
