We stood on the tarmac for over an hour. Very bad turbulence the whole ride. Very to get to the restroom.

Our first flight was so delayed that we had 10 mins to board the next one. We requested if the flight attendant could allow us off there plane first and they denied our request even though I have seen this done before. Luck was on our side that we didn’t miss our next flight.

It was good. I wish you had gluten free snacks for my husband.

Worse experience especially since there were delays and unreasonable accommodations made

The flight in it self was good. The delays looking for pilots was unexpected.

Having a direct flight between Pittsburgh and Austin makes traveling so easy.

Lost my bags with all my ski gear and only gave me $500 to get new gear. They don't even know where my bags are. I was stuck in Denver airport from 10am yesterday until 12pm today and then stuck in Hayden airport for 3 hours waiting to find out where my bags are.

This flight left late. We had A46/A47 boarding, but SW boarded 45 people from an interrupted flight ahead of us. It was a zoo. Seats are very uncomfortable, even for a 5’8” person of normal BMI.

The crew was very helpful, nice friendly. The only issue I have was the horrible turbulence that we experienced leaving Dallas love field airport. It lasted about 20 minutes I think.

Baggage check in would have been better if the service clerk told the other clerk that she was merging her two long lines of customers with her line so she could move luggage. Instead she only told the customers. When I told the agent and ask if she could direct who is next in line so we weren’t trying to cut in front of each other she said it’s not her problem and she can’t work three lines. I was shocked. Understood that they were working more than their share but some organization so the customers aren’t getting upset at each other would have gone a long way

I didn't have food or use entertainment, so those evaluations are invalid.

I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!

The flight was late getting in, so many were stressed. The snacks for a LONG flight was not enough.

My only comment was the confusion at Houston. Suppose to leave at 6 am and didn't leave til 11 am. Then moving from gate 10 to 30 and couple of hours later back to gate 10. Otherwise everyone everything was great.

The whole experience went very well except the rest rooms were a disaster

It was ok. Alaska was adequate. Efficient and what I paid for it was fair. The boarding area at the gate was a joke. By the time they get past the C boarding group people all line up impatiently and then it’s chaos. We were boarding early then we sat on the tarmac for 30 minutes. I would of rather sat in the airport.

The flight was mostly smooth and quiet. No seatback screens.

The entire flight was terrible. I recently had neurocervical surgery, and I needed a wheelchair to get to the gate. They were wonderful, truly. The flight staff was lovely, as well. Despite the need for assistance, I was put in the middle seat in the last row in front of the toilets. It was "policy" that I couldn't be moved. The pain I felt after the flight was astromnomical. The flight was so WARM, I was sweating, and the "air" did nothing to the stuffy feeling. The seats were uncomfortable, the plane itself was in bad/worn condition (although very clean - thanks to the staff) - and the flight was definitely rocky (not the pilot's fault, of course). All in all - one of the worst flights I've ever taken. The humans were wonderful!! You have a really great team. But your flight policies and your plane are absymal. For what you charge, you need to upgrade your plane and your policies.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The flight was short. However, my bag was delayed and was put on another flight.

Left from gate 30 minutes before flight. Never been late to a flight ever. It says 15 minutes before explicitly on the ticket.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

Missed the flight because of them and up geting a rental car

Flight was fine. It took an unusually long time to have baggage delivered to the carousel in ORD.

I arrived to the airport 2 hours before my American Airlines flight was scheduled to take off. I have TSA pre-check. The airport was crazy packed when I arrived. After momentarily standing in the pre-check line, the TSA agent said that I am not pre-check. Of course I said that I am because I entered my KTN number on all my traveling sites and programs. I had to get out of line and go back to the AA counter to discover that American Airlines did not add my KTN to my boarding pass. I had to call TSA to find out my number, then have AA enter it onto my boarding pass. The emblem would not load onto my boarding pass. By this time, I decided to use my Clear in order to get through TSA but the line was ridiculous long. By the time I made through TSA, I missed my 11:08am flight and was re-booked for the 5:30pm. This is after the AA employee told me I should have gotten to the airport early. AA use to be a dependable airline not I use them only if I have too.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

Was as expected. Good leg room on planes - much appreciated.
