The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.

bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.
The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
My experience with Turkish airlines has been pretty good. I connected from Istanbul to Tirana Albania. One of my luggage’s didn’t come. Very disappointed with that, we had our year old grandson with us! Babiest things were in that bag . Hopefully I get the bag tomorrow or next day !
Inflight wi-fi is below par and difficult to access.

Passengers need to be consistently told by the stewardesses to position their seats up from recline when eating. This is not something passengers should have to request. Common courtesy...

The employees were very nice. I liked my bulkhead seat. The flight was delayed unfortunately. It was a smooth ride. I was prepared for a cold plane with extra clothing. I assume there is no way to make it warmer.
Dislikes: lack of communication when bidding for Business Class upgrade, lack of clean up after service, no vegetarian options. Likes: plane was newer and arrived on time.
Different airports have different regulations (weight/size) for carry-on.
I was never made aware I had to request a vegetarian option for my meals! And the flight attendant said I would have to pay for pasta. I was stuck with no dinner. Also, the seat in front of me leaned all the way back, and I couldn’t get comfortable!
Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed
Food is pathetic, and the crew is rude. Not friendly like all other airline carriers.
Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint is how cramped the seats are for an international flight.
On this shorter leg and with an older plane, just mediocre. On the connecting long haul (Chicago to Copenhagen) everything was great.
Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.

Affordable and plenty of leg room. Left seat assignment up to airline for the benefit of reduction in cost. They split my family of four up into different rows, leaving a minor on her own. Grateful for cabin staff asking someone to move to allow daughter to sit with my wife.
Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.
Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!
