I didn’t have any food but my Prosecco hit the spot. We left on time and the crew was friendly.
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
A little better seat cushions would be appreciated. Crews were all good.
It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
Premium class - the food could have been much better such as a veggie tray or fruit tray or cheese & crackers.
It was okay overall, but it was a 4 hours flight and the only thing we got was snacks, I really expected breakfast.
The online check-in process was not smooth. I encountered error messages while trying to add baggage, and the payment was processed twice. The refund process has also been challenging, and I still haven't received the refund.
My wife and I both use canes. Although I had checked in 24 hours before the flight and noted we would be checking two roll-on bags, the machines at the check in area did not produce luggage tags, and staff were unwilling to help unless we joined the long queue, a very difficult challenge. We opted to take the bags on board and, of course, were relieved of the jells and scissors in the bags at security. On board crew were then unhelpful in hoisting the bags into the overhead bins.
2 hours delayed. On top of that...slow taking off Slow deplaning so more like 3 That's on a 1hoyr regional flight Hard to f$k it up but they managed!
this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.
Air Canada has very professional , friendly and co operative crew.
Crowded and tight fit on Rouge. Entertainment requires your own mobile device. Small bag of pretzels is only food for 3.5 hour flight.
Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.
The AC could have been better . Other than that , all was good
My flight was delayed, causing a shortened connection to my second flight, which led to a stressful experience. Additionally, I had to pay the luggage fee twice, for which I have receipts. Since Air Canada and United Airlines collaborate, their partnership should aim to provide better service, rather than leaving passengers to bear the consequences of an unprofessional experience.
Not very comfortable when stuck in a middle with passengers that encroach on your personal space.
Excellent experience. Smooth boarding, flying and the staff was courteous.
Could have had available the ability to watch a movie , but there was neither any hardware or place to plug-in.
It would still be nice to have a complimentary snack on a flight of 3+ hours
