Never got on because the airline sent the WRONG plane to take us on our first leg of the trip so we missed ALL connecting flights. No help available from anyone at the airline…

Late boarding, older plane. Great flight, no issues. Very cold inside the plane.

One disappointment. There was a gate change from B8 to B10, they had announced it maybe 20 minutes before the boarding time, possibly less. I didn’t hear the announcement as I was listening to music on my head phones at B8. At the boarding time, I got up and asked the gal at the B8 boarding desk, why the destination sign had not changed and if the flight was delayed as there was no plane behind her through the window, she said that perhaps the flight was delayed and the screen will probably update in -5 minutes ( she apparently didn’t know the boarding gate was changed ( 2 down from our location) I put my headphones on and went back to sit down . Just before the B10 door closed, I got a phone call asking me if I was still taking the flight, I said. “Yes” but I was at the gate stated on my ticket B8, then I was informed of the gate change, I got up and ran to the gate, and down the hallway to the jet ramp. I was the last to board!! Very frustrating . I was shocked that I got no emails or text messages from Alaska informing me of a last minute change!!

I don't like that this survey shows Good for everything. Everything was not Good. I didn't eat any of the food. I didnt' have any entertainment. You need to have a NA choice. My flight was satisfactory until I debarked the plane and fell on the Jetway. The jetway sections had a slight inclined edge, which I tripped on. I was near the plane's exit door, but neither of the flight attendants helped me get up. I was helped by two other passengers. Also, I explained to the counter staff about falling and no one seemed to understand what I was telling them. I said I fell on the ramp, which was not the correct term. The passenger who was sitting next to me on the plane did a better job of explaining to your staff where I fell and that I was in a lot of pain. I also wanted to report the incident and no one helped with that. I was then offered a wheelchair. The passenger who helped me stayed with me until the wheelchair arrived. I asked the wheelchair attendant if there was anyone I could report the incident to and he said there was no one. Really???? My daughter picked me up at the door. I tipped the attendant for his service from the Alaska counter to her car. Before leaving the property, my daughter called the airport to report the incident. We were advised to go to the to a hospital ER. A Cat Scan showed I broke the 6th rib on the right side. My daughter was sent paperwork to complete from the agent with whom she spoke before we left the airport.

It was fine but the Seattle airport was terrible. It took over 2 hours to get from rental car return to gate! There was no one to help with check in and bag drop. It is not a people friendly airport…too long to walk, too many levels, no help. If it is possible to pass this on, please do. It seems it is Alaska’s main airport.

Horrific..boarded on time..mechanical repaired ..left gate another light, returned to gate for another 2.5 hours before we were informed that they had another plane. Unfortunately, crew timed out and were no longer able to fly...delayed again. A total delay of 8 HOURS worst experience I have ever had. We were informed we would receive compensation email from Alaska Airlines Nothing yet

The microphone at the boarding gate was not loud enough. Attendants were cheerful, food was poor. I won't order again. The flight was fast and uneventful. I will use Alaska Airlines again.

I had trouble checking in on the website. The link for checkin that came in my email was not mobile responsive and I had trouble getting in. This was a liability because I had actually booked for the wrong day (!!!) and had check in gone easier I could have noticed this earlier in the day. I was able to move the flight up but I did so about 2 hours before takeoff, when I was returning my rental car and hustling to the terminal, and it was pretty stressful! Fortunately I got help over the phone and it was pretty easy to switch. But check in was still bumpy. I could only get the mobile-friendly site when I used the QR code at the kiosk and due to some annoying iPhone quirks I kept losing my boarding pass until I figured out a workaround. I am sure using the app would have been a better experience, but this was our first time flying Alaska and we don’t have a login, and on those moments I didn’t want to make one. (We live in the Midwest; it may be a decade before we visit your territory again.) The whole stressful moment was made worse by the construction at sea-tac—I did not find agents who could check me in the old-fashioned way. It was a whole mess! But it eventually worked save we made the plane, it was all ok but a mobile-responsive site would have been great!

Liked premium seat. Did not like: having to pay for entertainment/wi-fi; having to pay for food; single-aisle; and, only three rest rooms.

Flight had mechanical delay, but otherwise it was good considering it was a full plane. Did not have food or entertainment. Staff were great.

Enjoyed it very much. Especially liked the free WiFi that Delta offers.

Bus to plane was delayed for no apparent reason and our luggage was still on the belt when they shut it off. Took about 20 minutes to turn it back on to get our luggage.

It was a pleasant surprise to have complimentary Wi-Fi on the flight

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional staff we encountered when traveling with an infant. Our flight was delayed, and the gate staff failed to manage the boarding process appropriately. Due to incorrect, unavailable, or missing 'pink tag' stroller and car seat check-in procedures at the gate, we were forced to board last. Furthermore, the gate staff was rude and dismissive, causing significant distress to our infant. To make matters worse, one of our checked items—an infant sleeper/lounger—was returned to us broken. Given the unsafe handling of essential equipment and unprofessional treatment, I expect a prompt resolution regarding compensation for the damaged items.

My seatback screen didn’t work so that sucked because that’s what I was going to do on the plane.

An awesome flight crew. FC seat cushion just doesn’t cut it for a 3+ hour flight.

The staff was frielndly. The plane was terrible, it was too small and should be decommissioned. There were no back seat screens at all. The only beverages we had a choice from was coffee, tea or water. The only bathroom in the back was behind the flight attendant's jump seat and wasn't working. And I literally felt like I was sitting on top of the guy next to me. It was terribly hot in the plane and we had to sit on the tarmac in Chicago for 1/2 hour due to congestion in Mpls. Wouldn't they have know that before they even boarded us so that we could have sat in comfort in the terminal?

was sitting in the jet bridge for 10 minutes in -20 degree weather waiting for my bag

Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning

The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.

I was fully checked in the prior night and i was unchecked and then didn’t have a seat when I boarded. Instead of an aisle seat, I was out in the middle seat of the very last row of the plane.

Having a long layover, I was very appreciative of the ability to stand by for an earlier flight. Other airlines like Delta have refused this to me in the past, just to be mean (because my ticket class wasn't high enough). United went out of their way to help me get to my destination early, which I really appreciated given that it was the third leg of a 24+ hour journey for me.

Survey sent before we actually left. Delay after delay. Now a crew problem.

Not really their fault, but a 4.5 hour delay is pretty brutal

we were delayed going into and out of Newark Airport by 3-4 hours each way. Excuses/reasons given were misleading. Weather was cited at first when there was NO weather issue. Turns out Newark had a shortage of staff and runway construction. United knew this and should have NOT scheduled flights when they know we would be delayed so long. I will avoid United and EWR airport at all cost going forward. Delta never looked so good.

Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.

Crew did their best but the plane configuration is too tight if you're bigger than an average sardine. Controls for the entertainment system didn't all work. The aircraft hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Going through customs and having a connecting flight is impossible in Chicago.

The only problem I had with this being my first flight was primarily on me having a large luggage and with the flight delay, having our layover be cut short. I had to go straight to the gate and may have almost missed it. Thankfully the digital boarding pass was easily accessible to be able to board.
