The Payless location is small (being remodeled so messy) and not too attractive. They will require you to show proper insurance coverage (both collision/damage and 3rd party accident "SLI" coverage) which I had and brought proof from my policy, or they will pressure you into taking their insurance (which can be quite expensive). Overall the process of getting a car was fairly quick and efficient, and early morning return was also fairly quick, although we had to wait about 20 minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive.Reviewed Oct 30 2024

I didn’t like that Kayak/Expedia/RentalCover.com sold me an insurance policy that Payless refuses to accept as coverage for their rental cars. Additionally, my concerns and feedback have never been acknowledged by any of those 3 entities involved in selling the policy. The agent at the counter was not friendly at all when asked for the breakdown of the charges after your original total balance they added a bunch of different other charges including a mandatory $9.95 toll fee per day whether u pass a toll or not. The total was about $100. She wanted a complete paper copy of my Allstate Insurance to prove I have Full Coverage in my vehicle. I decline. Everything was great with the car, my only note is that the price you are quoted is significantly more when you pick up the car. The price we reserved the car for was around $125 but when we picked up the car the price was double that price. I did feel a bit trapped because I needed the car but deceptive pricing never make me feel good as a customer.Reviewed Jul 17 2024

I paid double than what I was quoted online, I felt blindsided. Getting there wasn’t as easy as I thought since it’s not at the airport and a little off of it. There are other rental companies located at the airport that I wish I had known about it. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t rent again.Reviewed Jul 15 2024

The car they measured was not in driving condition. The tires were in bad condition, the windshields were also in bad condition. The price you gave me for rental was totally different from 200, I ended up paying 465, it's a deception.
