Price was right......manager on-site worked with me to get issue resolved.Cons:
When I reserve a car a 2 weeks in advance and call night before to verify reservation, it would be nice to actually have a car available. Need to call customers ahead of time to let them know there are no cars available so that customer can make alternative plans and not waste time driving to location.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Drop off was easy but the pickup was a major issue. 2hr wait and didn't get the size vehicle I paid for. Also, the vehicle had sensors going off, brake lights didn't work, and got the car on empty gas tank.Cons:
Better support, customer service, and coordination. Reserved a month in an advance and got treated like I just reserved the prior day. Will never rent through Hertz again.9.2 Wonderful
