drop off was easy.Cons:
vehicle was not full of gasoline. ordered a mid-size SUV and was given a 14 passenger van at a higher rate because they did not have a proper size SUV. there was no windshield water. windows were dirty all the way around.8.0 Very good

The manager was great. However, it does not matter how great the manager is if the company does not care about their employees or customers.Cons:
To start, you should have the car that was reserved. Secondly, you make the customer go through all the trouble of getting the car in Cape Coral after you overcharge for the same car that I could have rented outside in Fort Myers. Thanks to the manager, my trip was not ruined not that you really care. The biggest problem is that there is no accountability with companies anymore.9.6 Wonderful

If when I booked the rental for RSW airport, the car was actually at the airport. Not 30 miles away and then they charged me more than double what I originally paid. Terrible terrible experience. I would never book through this again. So deceitful.10.0 Wonderful

Ok...where should I start? For starters they didn't have the car I reserved. However, I did start at the wrong Payless location so I will take partial blame. I still feel like they could of provided a better car. The car I received was disgustingly dirty, one headlight was out, and the smell of cigar smoke was awful. I called many times to complain and try to get the headlight fixed, but the customer service was pathetic at best. Never fully understanding my issue. I ended up popping the hood and fixing the headlight myself. I will NEVER.....NEVER EVER NEVER EVER rent through Payless again.Dollar
