The casino and lobby area was set up like a maze. Not intuitive to find the rooms at all. Long way to walk and no luggage carts available. No towels were available at the pool too when we went. One of the pools was out of operation so the other two were overcrowded. The digital key card did not work about half the time and so we had a hard time getting to our floor on the elevator and into our room. We bought sunscreen and 4 waters/gatorades for what ended up being $50 total just before going to the pool and when we got to the pool they wouldn’t let us bring them in and there was a different shop you had to buy it all from, yet the cashier literally just feet away on the other side didn’t tell us that when we bought our stuff. The only redeeming quality was that the room was decent and the Knight’s Tournament.
Their app is outdated with restaurants that are closed still showing open. Several places closed inside as well during the week. Only positive was cheap. Reminded me of a Best
Buffet was ok for $40+. Room was clean but vary basic. Excellent early check in at 10AM for just $20 (kind of amazing). Very safe. Perfect for the F1 Grand Prix, though a bit of a 30 min walk. Other than that, all positives.
Location to the Strip and airport is excellent. Price is unbeatable. Room is big and generally clean; except for one of the two queen bed sheets could be cleaner without blood stain. Showers has good water pressure, a/c works, and elevators are fast and noiseless (my room on 11th floor is next to elevator). Uber or rideshare location is easy to find. . Generally, happy with the room and location.
Decent place to stay. It’s not 5 star. But it’s a reasonable accommodation. Bed was comfy and clean. The room is dated but acceptable. We had a pleasant stay.
Pros. Clean casino. All the restrooms were properly tended and thoroughly clean.
Cons. The view out the room window sucked. All we saw was rooftops. Unimpressed, but we were cozy inside the clean room.
