Cons:
None of workers in Lake Charles and only a few in Houston (man taking car at drop-off put his head inside the car with me inside!) were wearing masks. There were no distancing measures in Lake Charles. I felt very uncomfortable. The car AC was not functioning (very low, if little output).2 locations in Lake Charles

No staff at the office. The office was closed due to weather. But the weather was great that day. I took a $30 uber to Hertz be stranded. Worst experience ever!Cons:
