Horrible. Received a confirmation email with a total price. When I showed up to pick up the car it was over 200 more. After 30 minutes at the counter (employee was trying) I walked away paying $75 more than quote. Then the car was old and had over 37k miles on it. Seats were stained and gross. Pros:No staff at the office. The office was closed due to weather. But the weather was great that day. I took a $30 uber to Hertz be stranded. Worst experience ever!Cons:Anything would have been better. Employees present would have been a great luxuryReviewed Feb 27 2021
