Pros:The staff was awesome. Raechel but I think she used Rae was outstanding. She provided outstanding customer service.Cons:I was charged a lot of fees in the back end and the costs was over $100 more than quoted on KayakReviewed Jan 27 2021

Pros:NothingCons:I got the reservation for a pickup at a location. I got there, waited 90 minutes, no one shows up..... only to be told I had to go inside the airport and pick up the vehicle there.
