Pros. Wonderful gardens and pool area.
Pros. Lobby entrance and Bar. Gardens are lovely and one can stroll into town by way of the University park right across the hotel entrance.
Pros. Location and grounds are spectacular, as is the breakfast buffet.
Cons. Late night noise issues from bar and terrace area kept us awake and even awakened us from a sound sleep one evening. Required repeated calls to front desk to resolve. Bathroom lights also miswired and require turning on room lights which is problematic when companion is sleeping. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with very major flaws.
