Location was fine, room was fine. But no restaurant in the hotel. You can order breakfast which comes from an outside source, delivered at 8AM. But at 8 the hotel called to say the outside source was closed and so no breakfast. That's inconvenient.
The room was clean but was facing the road and you could hear all the road noise and traffic. The valet service lost my Car and the staff was rude and unhelpful until I informed them that I was calling the police. Called the police and then the staff realized I was serious and changed their tune. Unprofessional and disorganized desk staff in the morning and Valet service was expensive and useless and they offered me nothing to make the issue right.
